Jr. Board members are high schoolers who've been through many DI seasons themselves. They team up with busy team managers to help manage and guide teams — bringing energy, experience, and an extra pair of hands to your meetings.
How they help
Join your meetings
Jr. Board members participate in your team meetings bi-weekly or monthly — whatever rhythm fits your schedule.
Guide, never interfere
They know DI's rules inside out. They coach kids through brainstorming and practice without crossing interference lines.
Back up busy managers
Running activities, keeping kids on track, prepping Instant Challenge practice — so managing a team feels doable.
